This resolution, if approved, will approve supplemental funding from the unreserved, undesignated fund balance (UUFB) in the amount of $157.662.57 for the Tse Si Ani Chapter Power Line Extension Project, waiving 12 N.N.C. SS820(I) and SS 860(C) relating to the Capital Improvement Process. The Tse Si Ani Chapter Power Line Extension Project is not included in the Title 12 Capital Improvement Plan as approved by Navajo Nation Council Resolution CAP-18-14.
